We are enthusiastic yoga practisers; after many year trying all kind of sports and trainings we have arrived to yoga. We are stronger than ever, much more elastic than we thought we could be, and gone are pains and injuries due to over-exercise. Yoga is also a good exercise for the boat, either at the shore, be it a beach ( early morning alone, late evening also alone) or at a cliff, or onboard in a nice cala, or sailing if the waves allow it.
One alternative that we offer is to have a Yoga & sailing trip, where our yoga instructor will come with us and lead the yoga activities. Patty can train We adapt the training to beginners as well as expert practitioners. In a typical day you will enjoy two different type of yoga sessions, together with a wonderful sailing, healthy meals and relaxation.
